*~Aisy's Little Man/Mustache First Birthday Party 2014~*

One of the thing that will be a mom annual job is preparing for the kids’ birthday celebration – at least for me *grin*. I love preparing for events like birthday party, baby shower etc. I just love the feeling.

For now am only preparing for my only son’s birthday. Phew. But am looking forward to have few birthdays in a year to prepare for in the future yeay. And I hope I will have a girl someday so that I can do some pinkish princess themes with sparkling glittering dress and crowns. My husband will hate that theme for sure.

My boy will have his birthday in 4 months from now and I am still choosing the best theme for him. Am thinking Thomas and Friends theme or maybe Upin Ipin or just a colored theme. Still contemplating.

Birthday party preparation can be either DIY or you can hire a party planner if you have a fortune. I chose to semi-DIY my son’s birthday last year. Some things that are doable on my part will be done by me and also with some helps from my family. The rest, I tend to outsource if possible.

Am going to share you my preparation for Aisy’s first birthday last year. It was just a small event with some close friends. Mine you, I didn’t manage to take all the pictures from the start so some of the pictures might look bad since it was take after the event LOL.

*~620 DAYS~*

It has been 620 days of me holding the "Mama" title.

Equal to 1 year 8 months and 13 days.

Starting from my confinement days until sometime in February this year, I had been getting help from my parents and my sister in taking care my dear son, Aisy, without full help from my husband who works approximately 250 km away from us.

Nahhh not that he works off shore or somewhere over the sea, but the distance do kill me. Missing him and thinking of having him helping me raising our son every night.

So quitting was my first option until I got an offer to work near to my dearest husband. Thanks to the Almighty.

And the real journey of motherhood starts.

Been looking high and low for a good babysitter. Found one and she loves Aisy so much. However, apparently my son is way tooooooo active for her to handle. After 5 months looking after my son, it took one bloody fall and she asked me to find other babysitter.

So much drama in finding good babysitter or good daycare.

Now, Aisy has been sent to a daycare for 3 days so far. He can mingle around and learn one or two simple things.

Being a working mom always need you to outsource some of your mommy jobs and I know it is not that easy. Right now, while writing this, am still wondering what is Aisy doing now. I hope he is okay since he was crying this morning wanting to follow me to work. Miss him.

I hope I can find more time to play with him.

Tonight we gonna have some music dancing class together. Hope he will enjoy it as much as I am.

Till then,
XOXO
